In connection with the recent reorganization of the Club as a New Hampshire non-profit corporation, as previously reported, the Club has recently been accorded tax-exempt status by the IRS as a charitable and educational organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a result, contributions to the Club in excess of annual dues ($10 per member) will now be tax-deductible to the extent otherwise permitted by law. Our exemption letter and other Club organizational documents will be posted on the Club website, and members are encouraged to contact Club Secretary-Treasurer Doug Chamberlain ’73 with any questions they may have in this connection.
